DealA - The Deal Allocation App helps you optimise your deal allocation process by simply evaluating the location of the customer's request and matching it with a responsible contact, company or HubSpot user. The matching process can be based on either distance or travel time of the responsible deal servant to the customer's address. DealA is an easy-to-use workflow extension that can be integrated into your individual workflows for processing customer requests and the associated communication. Once installed, you will find all the necessary features that you can configure for your individual requirements.

Automatic Distance and Time Calculation
DealA calculates the distance or journey time (allocation method) using properties that define the maximum distance or maximum journey time and the postcode.
Assign Deals to Specific Services
The app also implements an additional property called Segment. This allows you to assign deals based on specific services, business units or any other segmentation you choose in your deal.
Assign Deals to Contacts or Companies
Based on your assignment method, you can choose to assign a deal to either a contact, a business or even a specific custom object that you use in your system.
