DERTOUR's requirements and perspective
The focus is on the HubSpot-based partner portal DERTOUR Connect, which replaced fragmented systems, created transparency and shortened the time to create offers by 50%. The portal was developed to optimally meet DERTOUR's key requirements: a clear overview of partners, hotels, contacts and campaigns; fast, simple and automated processing of service offers; and a self-service area where partners can access personalized content and efficiently manage campaigns - including comprehensive performance reporting.
Implementation in the portal: a look behind the scenes
Monika Wisser and Nils Heissel from konzepthaus will show how these requirements were turned into a user-friendly platform. Participants will gain insights into the CMS front end of the portal, see how campaigns are displayed and evaluated, and understand how relevant CRM data, measures and correspondence are centrally linked. This makes it possible to experience how efficiently processes can be designed and how collaboration with partners can be improved.
