HubSpot expands the Breeze Customer Agent - AI support now for marketing, sales and service

Anyone who uses HubSpot knows the strength of the platform: everything to do with marketing, sales and customer service in one place. HubSpot is now going a big step further with the new Breeze Customer Agent.
What was previously only possible in the service area can now also be used by marketing and sales teams: an intelligent chatbot that automatically answers customer inquiries via the website - quickly, reliably and directly in your existing HubSpot account.
The AI agent has been available in all Pro and Enterprise plans since June 2, 2025 and is active across a wide range of channels - whether live chat, email, WhatsApp or social media. In practice, it already handles more than half of all customer inquiries automatically - and thus significantly reduces the workload of the teams.
What has changed - and what are the benefits?
The Breeze Customer Agent was previously a practical addition to customer service. But with the latest expansion, it has become a real all-rounder. In marketing, it helps you to engage website visitors directly in relevant conversations, for example with questions about events or content. In sales, it helps interested parties immediately - whether they have questions about prices, product functions or trial versions. And in customer service, it continues to reliably answer recurring queries, such as about order status or invoices - and automatically forwards more complex topics to your team.
What makes it special: The AI agent is not a rigid system, but an adaptive assistant. It accesses existing content such as your knowledge database, your CRM or even websites and PDFs and continues to develop with every request. This means you don't have to learn any new software or go to the trouble of configuring it - the agent integrates seamlessly into your existing processes and works exactly where you need it.
How the new credit model works
With the enhanced Breeze Customer Agent, HubSpot has also made the credit system clearer. Instead of using Breeze Intelligence credits as before, you now work with a standardized HubSpot credits pool that you can use not only for data enrichment, but also for the Customer Agent and the Buyer Intent function.
This means that you receive a central monthly base balance of HubSpot Credits (3,000 for Pro, 5,000 for Enterprise), which you can use flexibly for the various AI features. And if you need more, you can easily buy additional credits in bundles of 1000 at any time.
This allows you to start flexibly, measure initial successes and easily scale up as your needs grow. Everything runs centrally via your HubSpot account - seamlessly integrated, transparently billed and without unnecessary complexity.
