This is how Monika Wisser and Thorsten Heissel, the two managing directors, opened the first customer event of konzepthaus Web Solutions GmbH.
Around 25 representatives from the customer base accepted the invitation to the "PeakSpot - konzepthaus HubSpot Summit" at the Sonthofen office. The program: specialist presentations on HubSpot, case studies, exchanging experiences, networking and getting to know konzepthaus better. For many guests, it is also the opportunity to meet konzepthaus employees face to face who were previously only known virtually and to talk shop in person about one or two features of the software.
konzepthaus Web Solutions GmbH is the leading HubSpot partner for SMEs in the DACH region. In February 2024, the company was once again awarded the title of official HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner. The company has been successfully implementing what HubSpot has made its goal for years: To provide a constantly evolving tool that makes marketing more efficient and significantly increases growth. For one and a half days, participants will be able to experience the potential of HubSpot live in presentations on feature highlights such as AI, Commerce Hub, Help Desk + UI Extension or Lead Prospecting. Case studies from five konzepthaus customers will also show the incredible dimension of the HubSpot universe using very specific examples:

konzepthaus and HubSpot - a perfect match!
In very few companies does HubSpot stand alone, but other systems are used in parallel. As a tech and integration specialist with specific industry knowledge, konzepthaus offers customized solutions: Customizing settings, designing interfaces, integrating data from other systems, solving product-side issues.

The decision to focus purely on HubSpot was a milestone in the history of konzepthaus. Since then, the company has experienced strong growth. How did this come about? Thorsten and Monika look back on this in an interview with Laura Franke: Thorsten Heissel: "I find the agility of HubSpot absolutely convincing. Over 800 new features per year that work smoothly, a clear structure behind it in combination with a fair and reliable partner - for me, that fits in with what I wanted to achieve: to offer software that can be used sustainably! At konzepthaus, we focus on
evolutionary development."

Guests can experience these values at first hand. Experiences are exchanged, ideas shared and honest feedback given in an informal and very approachable atmosphere. And together, they delve deep into the HubSpot cosmos during specialist presentations or break-out sessions.
For example, Lorena Drücker from All for One Group SE and Marcel Salomon from konzepthaus will demonstrate in a case study how event management can be amazingly simplified. The case is the two-day event "Mittelstandsforum" with over 800 participants and 90 presentations on various stages.
The starting point was the idea of mapping the entire event process on HubSpot. From registration to ticket creation and check-in, numerous processes suddenly became simple thanks to special additions. Registrations that deviate from the standard due to vouchers? Thanks to the addition of the "voucher code" field, including an automated check, no additional effort is required. A competitor wants to register? Thanks to an integrated competitor filter, an automated rejection takes place. The distribution of participant types - internal, external, by industry? Thanks to a dashboard with up-to-date overviews, this can be seen at a glance.
And konzepthaus wouldn't be konzepthaus if it didn't immediately come up with further ideas on how to further improve the service. "I could imagine an event app that sends personalized messages, e.g. on which stage the next lecture of a visitor is taking place. For us, it's a real passion to constantly develop with our customers. It's not the standard solution, but the complicated one that drives us," said Marcel Salomon at the end of the presentation.
Or as Monika Wisser and Thorsten Heissel put it in their welcome speech: "We want to create challenging and valuable work. We want to work as a team in an environment that is fun and sustainable!"
Accordingly, the program is interspersed with phases of discussion and open exchange. Not forgetting the breaks, during which you can relax on the couch with a coffee or at the barbecue buffet and brainstorm ideas about what possibilities can still become reality in the HubSpot universe.
