On February 26, 2026, the time had finally come: together with HubSpot, we staged the PeakSpot LAB "Quote to Cash" at the HubSpot Office Berlin. An afternoon that once again showed why our PeakSpot events are so special: They are not just about knowledge, but about genuine exchange, new ideas and lively networking - all in a location that inspires. The view over Berlin from the HubSpot office was the perfect icing on the cake.

Why Quote to Cash is a game changer

Quote to cash - the process from quote to order to payment - may sound dry, but it is at the heart of every efficient sales and revenue strategy. Those who still work in a fragmented way lose time, overview and often revenue. At the PeakSpot LAB, we showed how HubSpot and clever partner solutions can seamlessly map this process and make it more transparent, faster and smarter for everyone involved.

Impulses from Frank Eilers and strategic insights into HubSpot

Frank Eilers opened the keynote with an entertaining appeal to rethink productivity: away from "bullshit work" and towards a focus on the essentials and a balance between efficiency and effectiveness. With many practical examples, he showed how companies can solve specific problems, accelerate processes and promote sustainable growth through the clever use of technology - from artificial intelligence to quote-to-cash. His presentation combined humor with clear strategic messages and made it clear that real transformation only succeeds when attitude, focus and technology work together.

Allison from HubSpot then presented the Commerce Hub and gave a practical demonstration of how payment and billing processes are integrated directly into HubSpot. She demonstrated automations, explained step-by-step how they work and made it possible to experience live how Quote-to-Cash can be implemented digitally. HubSpot's US team joined in live and supplemented the session with international insights and strategic perspectives. The result was a lively combination of practice, live demo and strategic context that was directly tangible for all participants.

Practical insights from CaterMatch and DTAD

A big thank you to our customers CaterMatch and DTAD for sharing their practical examples with all participants. Peji from CaterMatch and Christine from konzepthaus showed a complete quote-to-cash process from both the customer's and the employee's perspective: How a catering request is received, how employees create a quote in HubSpot, through to the automated invoice - all demonstrated live step by step. There was also background information on the requirements that CaterMatch has placed on the system and the solutions thatkonzepthaus has developed for this. This enabled participants to understand what considerations and adjustments are necessary to make processes efficient and user-friendly at the same time. Kai from DTAD, together with Thorsten fromkonzepthaus, showed how the entire HubSpot platform is used as a central hub for their quote-to-cash processes - from customer registration and quote generation to automated invoicing. Stripe is seamlessly integrated for payment processing. konzepthaus developed creative solutions to meet the requirements: Self-service for customers, legally compliant processing in European markets, automated processing of thousands of offers and invoices and, at the same time, a clear, simple user experience for customers and employees. This shows how strategy, technology and automation work together to make processes efficient, scalable and customer-oriented.

This mixture of impulses, background information, concrete practical examples and lively discussions made it clear that quote-to-cash is not an abstract process, but a lever that has a real impact - and participants were able to take away direct inspiration for their own processes.

Exchange and networking in an inspiring environment

In addition to all the learning, what made the day special was the direct exchange: customers, interested parties and HubSpot experts shared experiences, learned from each other and developed new ideas. The HubSpot Office Berlin with its open space and view over the city provided just the right atmosphere - conversations came about naturally, new contacts were made and inspiration was literally in the air. Networking, input and practical knowledge were vividly combined in one afternoon.

Between all the insights and discussions, there was also a special highlight: our catering came directly from CaterMatch - mmmhh, delicious!
