Last week, as an Elite Partner of HubSpot, we had the special opportunity to take part in the exclusive Partner Summit in Dublin. Together with over 100 Diamond and Elite Partners from Europe, the Middle East and Africa, we gained exciting insights - and are returning with fresh ideas and new inspiration.

Relationship intelligence: when AI and humanity work together

The big theme of the summit was clear: artificial intelligence is becoming the central driver of change - for the HubSpot platform, for the work at HubSpot itself and for us as partners.

How exactly does HubSpot integrate AI into its tools? Which processes can be automated, improved or rethought? And above all, how will this change our day-to-day work - from marketing and sales to customer service and strategic consulting?

It was particularly exciting to realize that it's not just about technological advances, but about combining artificial intelligence with human relationship skills - HubSpot refers to this as AI meets RI (Relationship Intelligence). It's about more than efficiency: it's about intelligent, personalized customer experiences that remain scalable.

HubSpot has clearly shown what they expect from the partners of the future - and what key role a well thought-out, individual AI strategy plays in this. If you want to lead companies successfully through change, you not only have to use AI, but also integrate it meaningfully into processes, culture and customer relationships.

Selling together, growing together

Another focus was on the topic of co-selling. How does collaboration between partners and HubSpot teams work best? What are the best practices? In interactive sessions and fireside chats, we took away lots of practical tips that we can implement directly.

The exchange on joint marketing strategies was also particularly valuable. Where does HubSpot support its partners? How do real win-win situations arise? The answers to these questions will shape our cooperation in the coming months.

Partnership instead of competition - that makes the difference

What particularly impressed us? The atmosphere! From the very first moment you could feel that this is not about competition, but about genuine partnership. People with a common goal who work together openly, curiously and supportively.

In the interactive group tasks, we didn't just share our knowledge - we learned from each other, developed ideas together and worked directly on solutions. The exchange was honest, inspiring and characterized by genuine interest in each other.

It was clear to see how strong and lively the HubSpot community is. This partner network works - not just on paper, but in real cooperation. The HubSpot office in Dublin provided the perfect setting for this: open spaces, an inviting atmosphere, excellent catering and plenty of opportunities for discussions that go beyond the technical side of things.

It is precisely this spirit that distinguishes us as an Elite Partner: Not only are we always at the cutting edge of technology and strategy - we are also part of a network that shares knowledge, strengthens each other and thus creates real added value for our customers.

Exchange that goes beyond the technical

In addition to the content highlights, the informal exchange in the evening was also a real highlight. Whether over dinner or after-work drinks, people laughed, discussed and spoke openly with each other.

The conversations outside of the agenda were at least as valuable as the sessions themselves: honest, direct and inspiring. You could feel how strong the personal cohesion in the partner community is - and how much mutual trust and openness characterize this framework.

A special thank you goes to Iulia Natrapei and Franziska Kolbe - Your openness, support and personal guidance make the partnership with HubSpot special for us. It's great to be part of a network that is not only professional, but also so strong on a human level.

What we take away

The two days in Dublin were intensive, inspiring and packed with relevant topics. For us, it was above all an opportunity to pause for thought, take in new ideas and sharpen our focus: Where does HubSpot stand right now? Where do we stand as a partner? And how can we support our customers even better in this change?

Key learnings: We gained a deep insight into where HubSpot is heading as a platform in terms of AI - and that is impressive! At the same time, we realized that a well-thought-out AI strategy in our own partner company is just as essential. It's about how we can make the best use of AI tools and support our customers in making their companies AI-ready. The development is already in full swing - now it is important to keep up strategically.

A big thank you to the HubSpot team for these inspiring days - we are already looking forward to the next one!
