With a turnover of 450 million euros (2025), the company is active in both SMEs and corporations. Tempton operates in a highly dynamic market - continuous adjustments to processes, locations and sales territories are part of its day-to-day business. The way to solution

Initial situation: Manual sales territory management without system connection

Tempton previously managed its Germany-wide sales territories using a manual zip code chart. The solution was not web-based, offered no visualization and was not connected to HubSpot. Changes - which are regularly required in ten business areas - had to be maintained and imported manually. Automated lead or applicant assignment by zip code was also not possible. The high maintenance effort and the lack of integration made modern sales management increasingly difficult.

The goal: an interactive, easy-to-use solution with full HubSpot integration for the automation, visualization and fast processing of sales territories.

Based on the existing collaboration with konzepthaus, the decision was made to fully integrate sales territory management into HubSpot - with a specially developed map application that is available directly in the HubSpot interface (via iFrame).

The challenge Technical optimization for high-performance display of large amounts of geodata

The biggest technical challenge was the graphical display and performance when loading large amounts of coordinate data. This problem was successfully solved through targeted data management and performance optimization.

It was also important to design the solution in such a way that it could be easily maintained and adapted on a day-to-day basis - without a great deal of prior technical knowledge. Intuitive user guidance and accompanying training ensured that internal acceptance was high right from the start.

Results Efficient management of complex sales structures through centralized card solution

The map currently maps over 8,000 zip code areas, divided into 200+ sales offices and 10 company divisions - with monthly adjustments. Thanks to the new solution, Tempton can manage these changes quickly and centrally - without Excel, without manual imports.
