You will initially accompany experienced colleagues in their day-to-day project work, learn first-hand and gain valuable experience until you are ready to take on your own projects. We are always there to support you, with a four-eye principle that promotes exchange and trust.

We moved into our new office in February 2024. Quiet and lively areas await you here, with multifunctional, automatically height-adjustable desks everywhere. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with a first-class portafilter coffee machine, and the separate glass boxes offer a quiet place to work or hold meetings.

The ascent begins here Our application process

Application

The first step on your way to us: your application! Send us your documents and show us why you would be a great fit for our team. As soon as we have reviewed everything, you will receive an invitation to an interview with a few suggested dates.

First acquaintance

The next stop is the first meeting, and it's not just about us, but above all about you! We will meet in person to get to know each other better - without the pressure of a traditional job interview. You'll have the opportunity to ask us all your questions and find out whether we're a good fit. While we learn more about your expertise, it is particularly important to us that you gain a clear impression of us and feel whether you feel comfortable with us and can make a long-term start in the team. If you like, we will schedule a trial day with us. This will give you the opportunity to experience the atmosphere and day-to-day work at konzepthaus and find out whether you can imagine a future with us.

Next steps

After our interview, we will keep you up to date and inform you about the status of your application as soon as possible. We will prepare your employment contract and send it to you in advance.

Contract signing
