10 years of konzepthaus!

10 years full of exciting moments, groundbreaking decisions and incredible growth have passed since the company was founded on March 5, 2015. "konzepthaus has become exactly the company I envisioned. And even more than that!" sums up founder and Managing Director Thorsten Heissel. Reason enough to invite everyone to a large PeakSpot and customer event at the main site in Sonthofen and to look back on the first decade at a lively team party: With a view to change and transformation, constants and guiding principles during the shared journey. True to the motto: "In the stream of change, the person who adapts remains strong, but never forgets what they stand for!"

2015 - The start of a summit journey
Offering customized software development and individual service, founding an innovative company that takes ambitious like-minded people with it - that was the business idea of founder Thorsten Heissel. The location? Sonthofen, a small town in the Allgäu Alps. With a full rucksack of professional and life experience, a Munich-based company as a partner in the management and a pioneering spirit, Thorsten inspired the first digital fans with his idea. In a small, sparsely furnished office, a handful of inquisitive digital summiteers worked with him on the first orders. Soon to join them: office dog Ria.
2015 – The first projects
The goal? To develop customised software solutions that inspire customers.
The path? Often winding, with bugs and errors through unknown territory.
The equipment? Innovative strength, enthusiasm for technology, clear visions.
Quite a few employees from the early days are still part of the team and will also be celebrating their personal 10th anniversary in 2025. As did the first customer. "At one of the first Christmas parties, we were a handful of people who spent a fun evening together in Thorsten's living room. Most of them young professionals. Today, well over forty of us come together, practically filling a mountain hut. A close-knit and well-coordinated team with a lot of know-how and expertise. Being honored for my own 10-year anniversary was an overwhelming moment." (Gregor Hafner)

2018 - signposts
2018 saw the first major change: Konzepthaus had established itself with its very broad range of software solutions. However, the implementation of customer requirements was often so time-consuming and therefore costly that specialization was necessary. The same applied to the development of an in-house sales department. During this time of crisis, Thorsten Heissel made the courageous decision to become independent of the Munich-based company. A new signpost also emerged: in 2018, konzepthaus became a HubSpot partner, as this system convincingly offered what they wanted to stand for: sustainable software that could be implemented efficiently. This is when Monika Wisser, then self-employed with DREIFACH Agentur für Kommunikation, met the digital summiteers from the Allgäu region. She was also enthusiastic about HubSpot and was looking for tech professionals with courage for a groundbreaking project: it was an extensive tender from one of Germany's largest market research institutes - over almost ten thousand websites in twenty languages, including personalization.
2018 – Great opportunities on a breezy ridge
The goal? To win the tender together with DREIFACH.

The equipment? Extremely capable developers, transparency, focus, trust.
The project was a success. Thanks to the fantastic teamwork between DREIFACH and konzepthaus as well as mutual trust, the mammoth project went down in the company's history as a great success. The websites were launched after just four months!
2020 - Stages Goal
Thorsten wanted to intensify the enriching cooperation with Monika Wisser. "How do you envisage that?" asked Monika. "Like this," Thorsten replied with a PowerPoint presentation containing a comprehensive code of values. Trust, fairness, openness, agility, courage. These values had already supported the company for five years and were exactly in line with how Monika wanted to work. So she dared to give up her own agency and join konzepthaus Web Solutions as a co-partner. She integrated the inbound marketing division and with it HubSpot. With her backpack full of professional and life experience, Monika Wisser helped shape the young company from then on. A second office was opened in Hennef in 2021. More office dogs moved in and the decision was made to rely exclusively on HubSpot as the central software solution.

2020 – Dual leadership and technical specialisation
The goal? Optimal solutions for customers, sustainable growth for the young company.
The path? Specialisation in HubSpot, transparency in this operational decision.
The equipment? 23 employees and four trainees full of enthusiasm and passion for technology, smoothly functioning software with over 800 new features per year.
2024 - The summit
The success story continued apace. After focusing on HubSpot, konzepthaus grew rapidly! A handful of employees became over forty, and the initial four projects grew to around 150. Just a few years ago, konzepthaus was a newcomer and achieved the distinction of being an official HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner - once again the highest level in the Solutions Partner Program.
Time to restructure: The newly established consulting team is making the HubSpot CRM platform even more profitable for customers. The internal processes were reorganized and the marketing department was set up. For Monika, this meant going back to the roots of marketing and sales.

The success story of konzepthaus is also visible from the outside. The provisional-looking premises of the early days and the subsequent open-plan office have been transformed into an ultra-modern office with a special working culture. An innovative collaboration center for ambitious digital fans, a meeting point for HubSpot professionals and an extraordinary location for customer events were created at the main location in Sonthofen at Flurstraße 1a. And thus the visible realization of what founder Thorsten Heissel had as a vision 10 years ago.

2024 – Agile summit climb
The goal? To be absolute HubSpot specialists, maintaining core values in times of change.
The path? Building up consulting and marketing, a new office, giving the growing team time.
The equipment? Over 40 employees and trainees who are passionate about their profession, expertise and know-how, strong values, a contagious spirit.
Future - The outlook
One mountain peak has been climbed, many more lie ahead of konzepthaus. We look forward to new challenges and exciting stages. Full of confidence in our abilities and with the vision to shape sustainable growth. This is precisely what characterizes Thorsten and Monika's attitude as entrepreneurs according to the motto: "In the stream of change, the person who adapts, but never forgets what he stands for, remains strong!" The aim is to continue to improve on the solid foundation of the existing corporate culture and to anchor it in such a way that it can withstand any change: Increasing employee numbers, additional locations, successors in management.
