Marcel Salomon was a young professional and initially worked in online marketing when HubSpot was still largely unknown on the German and European market almost ten years ago.

"I was one of the first in Germany to work intensively with HubSpot and quickly realized how really good marketing suddenly became easy. When I wanted to change careers after a few years, it was appealing for me, especially with my expertise, to join HubSpot Consulting, pass on my many years of knowledge and keep learning from others.

My path to konzepthaus? Via Monika (managing partner of konzepthaus Web Solutions GmbH), we already knew each other professionally. "We pick up our customers where they are entrepreneurially. From this point, we help them move forward. To do this, we take a close look at the prevailing corporate culture, how work is done on site and what the focus is.

After all, we consultants from the konzepthaus team are closest to our clients. A good relationship and trust in our abilities are extremely important to us. This includes transparent project planning, especially with regard to the budget. We communicate openly and are not afraid to give critical feedback if something is not going well. For us, this is part of honest consulting and efficient project management. After all, we want our customers to be satisfied in the long term - that's our common goal!" (Marcel Salomon)

"Very good communication skills, sensitivity, curiosity. Organizational talent, structured and independent work. That's what I particularly appreciate in my team: whether it's Agnes, for example, who has been with us for a long time, or Kevin, who only joined us a few months ago, everyone here drives things forward and proactively looks for solutions. And if you can't make progress? Then we get help and seek support. After all, others are dependent on our results. As the interface to other teams, we consultants are responsible for ensuring that projects don't come to a standstill. The fact that konzepthaus is very well positioned with dual leadership is particularly helpful here: if there are technical problems, Thorsten is the person to contact. His technical expertise is incredible. Monika has outstanding communication skills: She finds the right words with great sensitivity, even in difficult situations.

In a typical week, it's all about keeping an overview: I have one or two focus customers to whom I dedicate around one whole working day a week. Then we look after several existing customers, for example with regular support. At the same time, we provide onboarding for new customers. A lot of things run in parallel: you push processes, generate ideas, take care of implementation, switch between meetings and high-concentration phases for project planning or documentation. This is challenging, without question. Nevertheless, thanks to good and flexible resource planning, we at konzepthaus generally manage to ensure that our workload is not too high - contrary to many clichés, especially in consulting.
