Creation of a multi-client capable, web-based B2B platform on which products can be offered variably under different action types.

In addition to a user-friendly interface including an administrative area, the biggest challenge was the implementation of the various promotion types. Depending on the type of promotion, for example, orders had to be combined and price scales generated. As the order volume of the respective customer order changes depending on the price scale, customers had to be automatically informed of each change by email.

The action types were combined in a variable data model and could therefore be mapped dynamically. Thanks to various selection options, users in the administrative area are now able to create the desired action and, if necessary, inform a special, previously combined group of users about it. By grouping users into customer groups, specific product areas of the Zentrag can be created and released for actions. A well-founded rights system with the option of assigning users to one or more customer groups and granting them administrative access enables the Zentrag Promotions Exchange to offer promotions flexibly to a variable group of customers.
