The challenge: Inefficient quotation creation without HubSpot

Riege Software GmbH, a leading provider of cloud-based logistics software, was faced with the challenge of modernizing its manual and time-consuming quotation creation process. The previous processes were error-prone and inconsistent, leading to delays and potential missed market opportunities. Particularly problematic was the country-specific adaptation of languages, prices and legal requirements, which further complicated the process.

The solution: HubSpot automation for greater efficiency

To eliminate these inefficiencies, Riege decided to undergo a digital transformation and turned to konzepthaus Web Solutions. Together, they developed a customized solution based on HubSpot that automates the entire quotation process. The aim was to create a standardized and scalable solution that minimizes sources of error and significantly reduces the workload.

Automation of approval processes with HubSpot

A central component of the new platform is the automation of approval processes. Defined workflows mean that quotations can now be created, checked and approved more quickly. At the same time, a modern user interface ensures intuitive operation, allowing employees to use the software efficiently.

Migration and integration: making the most of HubSpot

The biggest challenge was the migration and restructuring of the existing data. However, thanks to systematic processing, all relevant information could be integrated and used sensibly. In addition, country-specific adaptations were taken into account in order to meet the different requirements in over 60 countries.
