For over three decades, zeit ag has shaped the market for time recording solutions. Over time, however, not only did the company and the number of customers grow, but also the number of systems used. Sales, marketing, service and accounting ran on different platforms - each department was efficient in its own right, but overall there was a lack of overview. Customer data was scattered, processes were fragile and there was hardly any transparency.
The starting signal with HubSpot
Together with us, zeit ag decided to make a fundamental change at the beginning of 2024: HubSpot was to become the central platform that connects all areas. Sales made the start. Since then, new leads have gone through a clearly structured process - from initial contact to contract conclusion. Media disruptions disappeared, transparency was created and for the first time, sales staff had everything in one place.
Step by step towards an integrated platform
This successful launch was followed by marketing integration in the summer. Newsletters, social media and landing pages were connected directly to HubSpot - and thus closely interlinked with sales. Since then, campaigns can not only be better managed, but also made measurable. Finally, customer service was reorganized in the autumn. A central ticket system ensures that inquiries are processed more quickly and documented clearly. At the same time, an interface to the existing ERP system was created so that commercial data can be seamlessly integrated.
Tangible results in everyday life
Today, zeit ag benefits from smooth processes and a genuine 360° view of its customers. What used to be done in silos and involved a lot of manual work is now automated and transparent. Acceptance within the team was high right from the start - not least because employees immediately recognized how much HubSpot makes their day-to-day work easier. Less administration, more focus on customers - that's exactly what makes the difference.
