Efficient communication solution for sales partners
konzepthaus has developed an innovative partner portal for DER Touristik Deutschland GmbH, one of Europe's largest tour operators, that takes the exchange and collaboration with sales partners to a new level. The aim of the project was to simplify communication for all parties and provide DERTOUR's sales partners with efficient access to the relevant information and tools they need for their daily work.
User-centered and efficient platform design
Our work began with an intensive analysis of the requirements and needs of both DERTOUR and the users of the portal. The focus was on the intuitive handling of the platform and the provision of a centralized solution that reduces the administrative effort for all parties involved. Thanks to our UX and UI design approach, a user-friendly interface was created that supports sales partners from the first login and guides them through the content in a targeted manner. The clear structure and intuitive navigation allow sales partners to quickly find their way around and access the information and tools that are most important to them.
