PeakSpot 2025
exchange, insights and real connections
On May 22 and 23 it was time again: our office in Sonthofen became the meeting place for HubSpot enthusiasts, digital strategists and marketing managers from a wide range of industries for the second time. Our annual highlight took place under the name PeakSpot konzepthaus HubSpot Summit - a place for exchange, new impulses and deep insights into real projects.
After the successful premiere in 2024, we opened the doors even wider this year: In addition to our customers, external guests were also welcome for the first time. The response? Overwhelming - with even more participants, exciting specialist presentations and, above all, inspiring case studies directly from the field.
Sharing knowledge - growing together
What makes PeakSpot so special is not just the focus on HubSpot as a platform. It is the openness with which our customers present their own projects and challenges - and thus provide tangible insights into real digital strategies for everyone.
This year, COPA-DATA GmbH, STEGO Elektrotechnik GmbH, EnBW Energiegemeinschaft e.V. and Einrichtungspartnerring VME GmbH & Co KG, among others, presented their exciting use cases. Each of these presentations gave the participants an authentic look behind the scenes - be it in website projects, process automation or individual extensions within HubSpot.
It became clear that every story is unique - and yet everyone can learn from each other. The willingness of everyone to openly share their learnings was particularly moving. This is exactly what makes this summit so valuable - for us, for our customers and also for the direct exchange with HubSpot. With Laura Plümer representing HubSpot, there was a direct connection through which feedback, wishes and visions could be contributed immediately.

Detailed insights: the STEGO case
STEGO Elektrotechnik GmbH, which worked with konzepthaus to relaunch its website on the basis of HubSpot, provided an exciting insight into the combination of technology and user orientation. The focus was on optimizing the existing website, which previously made international expansion difficult due to faulty functions and high maintenance costs. By integrating a PIM system, product data is now automatically updated in HubSpot. A dynamic product finder and a multi-level calculation tool support customers in selecting suitable solutions, while automated translations make the website available in ten languages. The result: a scalable, multilingual platform that makes processes more efficient and improves lead generation.

Expert knowledge to take away
In addition to the case studies, PeakSpot also offered a series of inspiring specialist presentations. Topics such as UX design, lead scoring, quoting with UI extensions and the use of AI in HubSpot were presented by our experts - in a practical, understandable and directly applicable way. Particularly exciting: the look into the future of HubSpot itself, presented by Laura Plümer, who not only brought along current innovations, but also strategic developments.
The variety of topics showed just how broad HubSpot's range of applications has become. Johannes Breidenbach from jo's büro für Gestaltung gave an insight into the role of UX/UI design for digital projects. Using concrete examples, he explained how individual design concepts and a consistently user-centered implementation help to create digital experiences that stand out from standardized solutions - without losing sight of usability.
The presentations by our colleagues from the konzepthaus team were just as practical, for example on lead scoring, which enables targeted evaluation and prioritization of contacts in sales, or on extending HubSpot with UI extensions using the example of an individual quoting process. The use of artificial intelligence in HubSpot was also discussed - with examples of how new functions in the platform can already facilitate processes and leverage potential.
Experience community - even beyond the content
Of course, there was also plenty of socializing: a cozy Allgäu snack in the konzepthaus office, a relaxed exchange over the lunch buffet or personal discussions in small groups - all this makes PeakSpot more than just a business event. As part of the event, we also celebrated our 10th anniversary in the evening.
We are delighted with the positive feedback from Mary Devine:
Thank you very much for the wonderful organisation and warm support during PeakSpot 2025. It was a great pleasure for us to be there with our small case study contribution – and it was nice to feel how much VME was valued and involved as a customer/partner. We would also like to express our special thanks for being able to participate in the 10-year anniversary celebration – that was a particular highlight. We greatly appreciate your support and the trusting cooperation and look forward to everything that is yet to come.
Outlook
PeakSpot 2025 was a complete success - and at the same time an incentive to further expand this special space for exchange. We are already looking forward to next year. Because one thing is clear: when people come together, share knowledge and think ahead together, new ideas, real connections - and sustainable solutions - are created.
Thank you to everyone who was there. Thank you for your trust, your openness and your inspiration.
See you next time - at PeakSpot 2026!
